Neil is a fourth-generation employee of Ridgewood Water, with his family having worked for the department since the 1940s. He began his career at Ridgewood Water in 2000 as an intern. Currently, he serves as the Manager of the Geographic Information System (GIS) division, which is responsible for mapping, storing, and analyzing physical assets such as water mains, valves, service lines, fire hydrants, wells, tanks, and treatment centers. Neil's team also develops various data collection applications, including those for work orders, inspections, maintenance, and data lookups. In his personal life, Neil is a dedicated Cheer Dad to his 15-year-old daughter and enjoys outdoor activities like kayaking and hiking. Additionally, he is an avid video gamer.
